Prototyping Services
BriteLab provides services with Production Validation Testing (PVT), Tooling, Prototyping, Deign for Manufacturing (DFM) and New Product Introduction (NPI). BriteLab has extensive experiences in product lifecycle management (from engineering and prototyping to mass production and repair) working with our customers to bring their products to commercialization.
RPM provides high level precision (0.0001” tolerance) metal part machining service for top notch quality components by offering the vertical integration value with BriteLab for the customs in Semiconductor, Medical, Aerospace and other industries. RPM capabilities include CNC milling and lathe to EDM to injection molding covering various material properties.

Complex Machining
RPM is the R&D heart of our organization with a dynamic set of machines, and quick turn around for part manufacturing. RPM provides an essential service to the semi, medical, and other industries in the R&D sector. Our organization also leverages RPM to produce the First Article of parts and moves them to lower cost regions closer to the customer.
GCM specializes in mass production. It works with various type of machines to achieve maximum productivity. GCM utilizes pallet systems to achieve a true FMS "lights out" manufacturing. This allows GCM to keep the machines running 24 hours 7 days per week.
Small Volume Manufacturing (USA)
Britelab’s in-house robotics and automation machine build team is high horse-power with skilled trades, technicians, technologists and engineers working towards the common goal of our customers’ success.
BriteLab is located in San Jose, CA with over 60,000 sq. ft. in providing manufacturing services on smaller scale. Once the volume of production reaches a certain level, BriteLab offers solutions for mass manufacturing through our parent company, PHC, for overseas production in South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, and China.
Repair and Refurbishment Capabilities
GCM has established an approximate 2600 SQFT of ISO Class 10,000
and Class 1000 cleanrooms located in Johor Malaysia. GCM Malaysia
has developed wafer buffing tools product manufacturing and repair
capabilities to support the global OEM customers. GCM also partnered
and integrated a dynamic supply chain to keep the lowest cost as well
as competitive price to support the semiconductor market needs. In
addition, GCM has created an effective work environment for
maintaining the high level of quality expectations.
GCM has expanded on repair capabilities such as Cryo Pumps, Turbo
Pumps, Valve products and Wafer handling robots. GCM strategic
capacity planning deployment for both Korea and Malaysia facilities
which strengthen our business goals to be the Center Of Excellence
in global markets.
