-Provides customer support through solving on-site problems and optimizing RPS(Remote Plasma Source) and Microwave products evaluation.

-Serves as an interface between company and customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

-Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical product marketing support for the development.

-On-site support needed (if necessary)

-Bachelor’s degree in the field of Electronic Engineering or related technical.

-+2 years of experience working as an Application or Manufacturing engineer.

-Knowledge on RF power delivery systems and Vacuum knowledge.

-Experience of trouble shooting and evaluating RPS and Microwave system.

-Experience of handling Semiconductor Etching or Deposition Tool is a plus.

-English communication skill.

-Fulfill BCP and DRP SOPs and standardized Information Security requirements and policies.

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

-+3 years solid IT customer services experience with 2 years IT infrastructure/system admin experiences.

-Able to manage local Infrastructure like AD, Servers, Storage and LAN/VLAN/Wifi network including SNT (Secure Network Topology).

-Solid Office365 knowledge and skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English, including development and delivery of management presentation in English.

 -Maintains direct contact with customers before the sale.

-Accurately enters orders into the system and ensures that electronic orders flow into the system as intended.

-Monitors and maintains master data accuracy.

-Resolves complaints and conflicts as they relate to keeping customers satisfied

-Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially effect service and/or product revenue.

-Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.

-Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.

-Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

 -Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

-Experience: 0~1 year of related experience.

-Ability to understand commercial, shipping/logistics and manufacturing processes.

-Fluency in English both written and oral is a plus.

-Good communication skills with Internal team and external customers.

 -Transition products from Design to Manufacturing. Represent the Technical Operations team in product development projects, communicating requirements and proposing solutions.

-Partner with design engineering and facilitates supplier value engineering in product development with strong influence in DFX (Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Service).

-Develop test automation software.

-Define and establish test methods, processes, and tools to streamline new and existing products.

-Experienced in RF and DC circuity testing techniques.

-Create, update, and maintain test process instructions.

-Responsible for coordination of product transfers to manufacturing.

-Design and procure test fixtures.

-Support daily production demand.

 -BS (SE/CE/EE) with +6 years of hands on experience in electrical or electromechanical systems.

-Ability to use advanced software experience for troubleshooting special cases and developing tests for new products.

-Statistical analysis, Gauge R & R, and Correlation analysis experience is a plus.

-Ability to learn quickly problem solving techniques relating to manufacturing process.

-Collaboration skills with a passion for manufacturing and operations.

-Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits.

-Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

-Ability to train and mentor production personnel.

-English proficiency desired

-Other Information: 10-20% domestic & international travel may be required
