Administrative Assistant

(총무담당자)

- General administration works in Yongin site physically (Employee parking car registration control and ID Card registration for employees etc.)

- Security control in Yongin site building such like CCTV, SECOM System control

- Contact renewal and document control (security, rent car company etc.)

- Real estate work support for rent office and warehouse and contract new/renewal with the vendor

- Business support for overseas travel reservation and accommodation confirm (including VISA issue) and make hotel contract for business travel purpose

- Company event support (SEMI Korea, All Hands meeting, Year- end party etc.) and quarantine work support (such as Covid-19)

- Make PR(Purchase Requisition) issues with actual data for finance closing and support for finance works with finance background (AR, AP, Expense closing, etc.)

- Bachelors’ degree or above

- New hires or less than 3 years of experience in general administration

- A good attitude is significant. Positive thinking and a diligent work style with all faithfulness are needed

- Microsoft Office(excel, PowerPoint etc.) skills required

- Enough skill at english communication in mailing. Good teamwork, excellent problem-solving and time management skills

- Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials,  production equipment, and finished products.

- Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.

- Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.

- Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed.

- May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations.

- Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.  

- Ensure finished products conform to customer and company standards.

Participate in the product development process to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.

- Analyze and monitor customer returns and failure data to assess out of box quality, warranty incident return rate, QPPM, and annual failure rate (AFR) for PSA products. Also, drive corrective and preventive actions where needed on failure trend.

- Frequently interact with customers and/or suppliers, normally involving matters to handle quality issues and the voice of customer on quality related issues and complaints.  Drive customer satisfaction and deliver on customer commitments.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (ex. Electrical/Electronic or Industrial engineering) or other technical and 12 years of related experience including minimum 7 years in quality engineering or quality management and with related experience in the following areas:

- Supporting new product development and fielded electronic and electro-mechanical equipment, ideally in the semiconductor capital equipment industry or other advanced markets.

- Working directly with customers, establishing rapport, and representing the organization on quality related topics.  Experience working with large OEM organizations is a plus.

- Reviewing all phases and content of the CAPA process and leads the CAPA Review Board meeting.

- Working directly with contract manufacturer’s and key suppliers to ensure all quality requirements are met.

- Utilizing the use of various tools and techniques such as quality plans, statistical process control, process flows, FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis), DOE (design of experiments) throughout the organization.
